Our Statute requires that these three states are never treated as the same, that every finding is traceable to its source document and, where possible, to the article, and that the fact a country, institution or document has not been researched is never presented as evidence that protection does not exist.Statute, Arts. 11, 15, 16
Institutions that a finding concerns have a right of reply. Established errors are corrected without undue delay and the change is recorded publicly.
